Special Experiment Fortune Memories Indie
Special Experiment is a project that been put together by Dzidek Marcinkiewicz,and this is their debut album.This is an instrumental album which contains eight songs,and while Dzidek is a Keyboard player this album does contains very strong guitar lines.It is quite symphonic in sound and style,and with strong melodies and themes.It may not be as overtly rock as prog metal but certainly carries quite a lot of hard rock guitar.But the impression is given some times that the album was written with a singer in mind,and now the guitar takes the lead instead so it is a case of wondering what it would have been like if a powerful voice had been brought in.
This is a very enjoyable album in its'own right but if there had been a singer then it would have been even better.Although Dzidek is Polish he lives in Germany where this album can be ordered from at http://www.special-experiment.de
